What if the way we move needs to evolve as we do?
Intelligent Movement for Women is an educational and experiential workshop designed to help women better understand how to move, train and recover through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
As our bodies change, our approach to movement can change too. Rather than doing more, the goal is to understand what matters and build a movement practice that supports strength, mobility, balance and long-term well-being.
Together, we’ll explore the role of strength training, Pilates, mobility, impact and recovery, and put these principles into practice through an accessible, thoughtfully designed movement session. We’ll also look at simple ways to structure movement throughout the week, so that what you learn can translate into real life.
Expect a welcoming combination of education, movement and practical tools with space to listen to your body, ask questions and discover an approach that feels both empowering and sustainable. No previous Pilates or yoga experience is required. All women are welcome, whether you’re beginning to notice changes, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply interested in building strength and moving well for the years ahead.
Come curious. Leave with a clearer understanding of your body and practical ways to move forward with strength and confidence.
