Our shared responsibility to keep the space
calm and welcoming for all
⏰ Arrive 15 minutes early
Doors to the practice room close once the teacher begins class, and we kindly enforce this at the front desk.
If you’re running behind, no worries — we’ll offer you a quiet place to sit, practice on your own, or help you into the next available class.
📵 Put your phone away
We offer lockers so you can store all your belongings safely and out of sight. This helps everyone truly disconnect and drop in.
😌 Be present in the practice room
Yoga classes are quiet zones, so please save any chit-chat for after.
Notice your mat spacing in busy classes and share your real estate if you have extra!

Just bring yourself and comfy clothes to move in. We have mats and props available for free, and towels for a small fee. You’ll also find filtered water, unlimited tea, and showers waiting for you post-sweat.

Before or after class, linger in the lounge. Drink tea, relax, and connect with our teachers, space keepers, and fellow community members. There’s no rush.
