Enter the threshold between waking and dreaming.

Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that invites deep rest while remaining gently aware. Resting in the space between wakefulness and sleep, the body softens, the nervous system recalibrates, and the mind becomes quiet, spacious, and receptive.

In this 12-hour immersive training, you'll explore both the science and the tradition behind this transformative practice. Learn how Yoga Nidra supports nervous system regulation, healing, creativity, and deep restoration, while discovering why yogic philosophy views this liminal state as a gateway to expanded awareness, insight, and lasting inner change.

Designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, therapists, and curious practitioners, this training will give you the knowledge, confidence, and experience to guide others through Yoga Nidra with clarity, presence, and intention.

You'll learn:

  • The 8 stages of traditional Yoga Nidra
  • The science of the brain and nervous system during deep rest
  • The power of altered states of consciousness
  • The art of imagery, symbolism, and hypnotic language
  • Voice as a powerful guiding tool
  • Sankalpa (heartfelt intention) and its application
  • The stages of meditation: Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi
  • The Koshas (subtle body system)

More than a certification, this is an embodied experience — an invitation to explore the science of deep rest, the mystery of consciousness, and the profound healing that becomes possible when we truly learn how to let go.
